Built by the factory in 1991 and first registered as MFJ 428 this car was featured in the Marlin Cars publicity and website.
It has a 3.9 Rover V8 built with all new parts by RPI, Stage 1 Heads, Piper270/110 camshaft, Offenhauser intake manifold, Edelbrock/Weber carburettor. Now with ignition upgrade to Mallory dual point distributor and Mallory Promaster coil.
Brake upgrade to Sierra 2.8i spec but with EBC slotted and cross drilled discs up front, EBC Green Stuff pads, 10” drums at rear with EBC Green Stuff shoes. The first four photos are from Marlin Cars Ltd when the car was new. The rest were taken in December 2010. The car has now covered 25,600 miles.
