Just thought I'd share my experience of Rally Design's attitude to it's cutomers.
Over the last few months I've spent over £650 at this shop, and now at the end of my project I have a few (unused & unopened) left over bits to the value of £48.67 - and they refuse to take them back.
You'd think in the current climate they might do a customer this small one off favour (at no real cost to themsleves) in the hope they would keep the customer - apparently not.
They have lost my business forever.
