Increasing body height !

As I proved to myself the other day by sitting on a folded blanket the trick, for me, to be comfortable in a SWB is a more upright seating position. Reading the build threads Robert of Cumbria has given me an idea. I'm now therefore looking into how I'd adapt to a higher body. Obviously the bulkhead would need metal letting in (I'm thinking 3-4") and also the rear tub raising somehow so original spec hood can still be used. Custom doors would be required.
Before I start "reinventing the wheel" has anyone already gone down this route ?
