OK this may not be for everyone but I have been talking to this guy in New York who can take your standard gear shift and adapt it for short shifting, something I would like to do.
For less that £80 all in ie €55+€28 P&P to send it back to you (you pay around £12 to send it to him).
He confirms he has done a number of marina ones as well as mg.
