1984 Marlin Roadster SWB.
1800TC, Unleaded ported head, stage 2 cam. Ford Type 9 gearbox, Dolomite Sprint rear axle fitted with MGF disc brakes.
Three core radiator, Renault Clio vented front discs.

I did ask the seller! He didn't know there was SWB and LWB initially, but then came back to me saying they were SWB. I guess he did some checking.
I do need them and I have made him an offer:-)

I always use a bidding tool to make a last minute bid or snipe as they are called on eBay. It means you can calmly decide on your max bid days in advance, and also means nobody really has time to thing about making a higher bid. Particularly handy if you are not able to bid on a good connection at the time, like in the pub or at work. You can never get around that feeling of 'if only I had bid £x more....' whether you use a tool or not.
