When I upgraded my radiator I was lucky enough to find an original Land crab one.
Just looking on ebay came up with this, what I would call, reasonably priced item.
Ebay item number 163374747156
According to the original Marlin Roadster build manual, they are good to cool engines upto 3.5ltrs I.e Rover v8.
They fit easily onto the original fittings.
Might be worth a look if some of you are still having overheating problems.
Mine works well.
