Sorry Sue,
The gadget will not accept two of my pics; one 140Kb and one about 64Kb.
Must all three pictures add up to 200Kb or is it 200Kb per picture?

Doesn't work for me either, tried with single 127kb 640X480 image and it ignored my post completely.

perhaps in my case the pictures are in Piskies and not pixels!
