Yes Alan, it looks like a seriously modded vehicle, I'm awaiting more on it.

It has a 2L TC engine, perhaps it started life as a "no doors" kit. Here's a more side on pic

Sorted, it is kit number 1033 from June 1980. Never been on the road. Doors, bonnet/hood and the rear spare recess all very different.
