Finally got round to sorting the ignition timing on the Alfa engine in the Marlin roadster, also made some initial adjustments to the Dellorto carbs and at last the engine is idling proper!y! Just in time for the Flywheel Festival, drove from Bristol to village near Bicester on Saturday and attended the event on Sunday, which was great fun. Driving back to Bristol in the stormy evening on flooded roads was exciting, first time driving with the hood up!
