    Le Man

Took Biggles to Le Man for the second year running with the North West Kit Car Owners Group. A 9 day trip which included 2 camp sites. The first base for a Normandy tour of historical sites, lots of interest in the range of Kit cars. A good few breakdowns, (not Marlin related) which resulted in one car being recovered from France, one car being towed onto the ferry, 2 clutch cable changes, the second 20 minutes on the roadside, practice makes perfect, various electricals, hydraulics and misfires. Got to drive the track again, a wonderful experience, and some slightly surprised Porsche drivers. Did you know that Lidl in France do a smoked cooked chicken? absolutely gorgeous! Super trip, did not miss a beat, just goes to prove where 4 are not enough, 8 are too many
