Sporster Tonneau wanted or an idea of where to get one

Hi,

I have just bought a Sportster without any weather protection and would like to get a tonneau. I've read online than the Marlin supplied one doesn't fit very well. Does anyone have one for sale, good or bad? Or know where to have one made?

Marlin used to get their hoods and tonneau made by a company in Plymouth who's name escapes me now. But I believe they dumped all the patterns a while ago. You'd be better off looking for a local trimmer to make one. I found boat trimmers to be a good source.

I guess it depends where you live. Boat trimmers are rare in my part of the world, but I have used an old school upholsterer in the Midllands. Then again I guess there are a number of canal boat trimmers around here.
