Looking for Roadster LHW 14L

The late Peter Hare built this car, which won the "Best in Show" at Meriden in 1986 (b&w pic) and was pictured in colour at Fleetwood (1987 ?)
DVLA records the car as currently Taxed, would the current owner please get in touch with me.

Roadster, or the owner of the Cabrio he built, which is believed to have gone to Germany
