I could get my son to copy mine and 3D print, either as a casting pattern or use as printed.

Is this what you are after? Its about 5" long with a couple of threaded studs on the back for fixing. IMG_3350.jpg

Should be possible to draw one up in Illustrator or Fusion 360 for laser cutting in stainless, would polish up quite nice.

I guess the people that bought Marlin are not supplying parts yet? The website still says it is for sale.

I've got the one for my Sportster in a my display cupboard - I run the car incognito without any badging - other than on the gauges.

I do have a good contact for effectively priced cutting, although £25 minimum which might have several done if you wanted to share them around. I could check if you wish?

The one on my car is circa 10 mm thick, cast and chromed.

The one on my car would readily work as a pattern for a silicone rubber moulding, so I think I will do that, just because I can, and then take a copy for the display cabinet. I have done other car ones using various fillers in the resin, brass powder for the vintage Peugeot one which polished up just like metal. If the OP wants I'll happily do one.
