Wheels, yet another question from a newby

Duncan, if you are having trouble with the certifiers in NZ talk with me. I am ex NZ and had quite a bit to do with creating LVVTA.

The problem is that the certifiers are now getting on a bit (a lot) and they have been effectively blocking new guys coming in
The certifier I had started with retired
I took my car to one of only two certifiers anywhere near me
Unfortunately he has some major family problems - so I'm waiting for the "list" of things I need to fix

The system is pretty damn good - but suffers from the problem that "car guys" appear to be an aging group
