B series BMC sump wanted

Just be aware. The sump for the Marina B series is quite different to that of the MGB B series. It incorporates a flat plate which provides an aditional fixing to the belhousing. Necessary (apparently) as the back plate, used on the Marina B series, is thinner than that on the MGB B series and flexes.

Thanks for that advice, mine does have the plate, I guess it could be swapped over if nothing else comes to light?

Mabe not needed, a few hours with wood block , big hammer and a brass drift have made a difference. It's not pretty but....
