Berlinneta soft top fastner

Can anyone assist me with what this fastner is called, im in the process of mock building the berlinetta before i re steil it for paint yo make sure its all there and I'm 1 short and cant figure out what it's called, thanks

I use gutter bolts with wing nuts which hold the frame better than clevis pins if the holes are a bit worn.

Thanks, it's a new frame and hood that's never seen the road, so relaatively unworn just surface corrosion, here the lost pin from storage
