New Marin owner, looking for car's shistory

I have just purchased a Marlin Roadster 1.8 TC reg No. Q619JFJ. I believe this is from 1986 and is Marina based. The car is a minor project with detail bits to sort out.....
Can anyone help with any history of this car as the only info. I have is that it was perhaps built in Cornwall???

Marlin Roadster kit number 21242 left the factory in December 1987, sold to a J D Harris.

The kit is a short wheel base version intended for an ex Marina 1.8 engine.

Our record shows that the car was painted white and on the road in April 1988 with the registration Q619 JFJ.

A second owner was D Emery, and the third was a Roy Taylor…….then it went off our radar until May 2023 when advertised for sale by Gary Smith. I do not know whether it sold at that time or not.
