In another forum topic I recently posted a fix for my electric window failure.

It now seems that I may have a Bonus fix!
I have always been puzzled by the water on the drivers floor mat after washing the car, as I could never find where it was coming from.
Looking again at the attached photo it would appear that as the broken flexi cable duct would have been facing upwards when the door was shut then any water from the hose directed into the door jamb would have then run down the duct like a drainpipe and dripped on the floor exactly where the pool of water appears!
Hopefully two problems solved with one fix!
