Hi all, I've just joined up as I've purchased 2 Marlin Roadsters, both marina based cars, 1 is a LWB which has no engine and box currently but has new unpainted GRP and ally panels. The other car is a maroon SWB 1.8 car which has suffered a fire and been sat in a field for the last 5+ years. My plan is to build the LWB car into a fast road car and use it in summer with my 2 young sons. Both cars have chassis plates but need to find out Reg numbers and look into registration etc. Long road ahead for sure but i'm looking forward to it. I'm also contemplating using different running gear but not entirely sure what yet.. I purchased both cars from a work colleague who trials a marlin in a local club and has many other cool projects himself.
