    Classic Vehicle Show at Glossop

Yesterday I drove to a classic show at Glossop. Two Marlins were present amongst the variety of vehicles with Firee Brigade, Police and Mountain rescue also present. There was a small fee of £5 to enter your vehicle and it was attended by a large number of the general public who had free entry. Ther were plenty of interesting vehicles there

My phone was acting awkward and posted it too soon. Here is the rest.
There were plenty of interesting vehicles present and it made up for Lincoln Show being cancelled.
If there was enough interest we could have a Marlin Stand next year.

Doug and I were the only Marlins present but a good selection of other Kit Cars (old & new) on show. Great venue, friendly organisers, definitely one for next year.David.

I would have gone myself, but only found out about the show via a birdwatcher on Twitter (Dark Peak Birder), and by then it was too late to set off.
Oddly, I followthe car club on Facebook, but it didn't come up on my feed at all this year, or I'd have had it on my calendar being so close to home.

Sounds good to me, for next year...a long way for me, but I have family not far away so would make a few days of it.

Couldn't have made it due to having been knocked off cycle by a Taxi 2 weeks ago. Multiple bruises/abrasions and a fracture to front lobal area of head despite wearing a helmet. If any of you cycle for Christ's sake wear a helmet , I'm convinced it saved me from more serious injury's!
