Bolts and sleeves to attach SPAX Telescopic dampers

This is for a 1984 Marina based kit. I need a set of sleeves and bolts to attach the SPAX Adjustable Shockabsorbers. Anyone have any idea where I can get some. The main piece being the sleeve.

Superflex do the shock bushes with stainless sleeves if that helps

Part no for spax front shocks is G211/164
