In the Assembly Instructions and in the Kit Parts List for my Marina Based MK2 Roadster it mentions the Rear Brake Pipe Bracket? Does anyone know what this item looks like, or does anyone have a picture of it. I do have a box of miscellaneous parts but don't know if it is in there.

Re: Rear Brake Pipe Bracket
Adrian, I don't know how helpful it might be because my Roadster is a YKC Sierra based one but as I am only at Prestwood you are more than welcome to crawl over it for ideas on how things might be done (and how they definately would be done differently second time around!!)
email me via www.drawingwithword.com if you want to come over.

Re: Rear Brake Pipe Bracket
Adrian
The bracket is nothing more than a simple 90 degree angle piece of strip steel attached to the rear bulkhead to carry the flexy brake hose that goes to the axle and also provides support for the end of the rigid pipe

I would have to say in the region of 2-3 inches in total as far as memory goes.Should be drilled 6 mm one end to attach to bulkhead the other end drilled to take the male end of the flexy -easy enough to make one!

Re: Rear Brake Pipe Bracket
As per Alan's description - it helps if your Marlin is in pieces !! Arrow shows where it came from, looking forward from right rear, also shows bracket on axle for other end of pipe.Attached Files
