It's probably too late for Franklin but for anyone else contemplating diamond shaped grill material Halfords are carrying Ripspeed grill and one pattern in particular looks as though it would look the part.

Yes Keith, I've done the deed, type in "grill talk" for the last chapter of the saga. I did see the Ripspeed material in Halfords but there wasn't a piece big enough in stock.
