Does anyone know of an alternative leaf spring to the Marina/Ital, I've just had one break and would like something easier to source, I think I remember something in Pitstop some years ago about fitting Fiat springs, any suggestions most welcome.

Ian you could fit 3 leaf springs from the Marina Estate. Most car spring specialists can retension or remake springs quite easily

There was an article from a member about fitting Fiat springs some years back -don't recall model details but I'm sure to have the copy

        Ian,

I remember the same article. I think the writer suffered a broken spring while driving in Italy and had Fiat Panda springs fitted. I even think he said it improved the ride.

          Many thanks Gentlemen,
That is the article I was thinking about, now all I need is to hear from someone who has done it. Alan if you can put your hand on the copy I would be most grateful.I wonder if Panda springs are as rare as Marina.
          Regards
          Ian
