Success. RAC will be collecting the template on Friday and then return it on Monday. The contact number for RAC Specialist glass is 0800 443399 which is a call center who then arrange for their nearest specialist to come round and do the work. Will advise if this all goes to plan and the cost.
Price autoglass said they could do it but said it was cut out of 6.1 laminate but the cost works out to a similar amount paid for my previous one which is not automotive grade so suspect theirs will not be either.
