    Pinto carb tuning

I have a 1983 2 litre pinto engined roadster and I wonder if anybody has experience of re-jetting the carb. It's the standard twin choke weber and as I am running a piper cross foam air filter and a less restrictive exhaust I wonder if I should be increasing the jet size a bit?

A plug chop shows the plugs are a bit on the light side but not excessive but with a less restrictive intake/exhaust I would have thought a bit more fuel would be in order.

If so how easy are they to change?

    Easy enough Patrick.
six screws release the top cover. Then the jets can be removed using a flat blade screwdriver. The chokes are push fit. I suggest you contact the local Webcon chaps who may be able to advise on the new size.
