Hood fixing

Hi all

When fitting the hood to the body has any one used velcro under the hood poppers to seal all around the base of the hood or is this not necesarry. do the side screens need some fastening to the doors?

It's not necesarry to use velcro round base of hood. Sidesreens are usually fixed to door with 'lift- the dot' fasteners.

Don't do it. The self adhesive backing goes gummy after a while and refuses to stick. That and the unaesthetic noise as you un-peel it.
