Oil temp gauge

Another (probably stupid) question for the knowledgeable ones.
I have an electrical oil pressure gauge - do I need a new sender or will the oil warning light sender give me a reading?

Hi Trevor,
The oil warning light sender is in effect a switch and will not control a gauge.
You will need a sender which is compatible with your gauge.
Merlin Motorsport list several senders on their website.
No doubt there are other suppliers also.
