I am wondering what options are available. I am wanting to fit a more moden engine and gearbox as i plan to drive across europe in my roadster. Has any one swapped from a marine 1800tc engine?

I'm in the process of converting to Zetec & Type 9 - engine & 'box are in with just the clutch pedal hook up presenting a bit of a problem, i.e. no space to get the master cylinder in or get a cable in!

I have this pic in my files of a zetec install - it may help - this one is using a cable clutch. Good Luck.
