    New Owner

Hello from a new owner. Today I collected my Berlinetta, and drove it 130 miles home in pouring rain. A good test for the hardtop fitted, the soft top being stowed in my wife's car. Although mechanically sound there is much tidying up to do including relining the hard top, cleaning and/or lining the softtop, bettering(is there such a word) the dash/heater/demister arrangement, and the wipers were next to useless. Are they a common sized arms which can be sourced from a motor factors?
    Any advice will be welcomed!!

Further to above I need the appropriate 'Marlin & Berlinetta' badges for my car. Did the club source a supply?
I may enter more questions as I think of them!!

      Re: New Owner

Paul, welcome to the delights(!) in owning a Berli.
I obtained my wiper arms from Europaspares a few years ago with spoon type blade attachment. (You may need the spigot adapters with these). The arms are available from a few other suppliers such as Holden and possibly the older land-rover. Marlin are now selling a jolly nice Marlin badge which I have just obtained. I sourced a chromed Berlinetta badge at the Exeter show three years ago. I might still have the supplier's address somewhere - its just a case of finding it!
      Good luck with the car!

        Thank you Dane,
I will try Partco or CES at Porthmadog on Wednesday for the wiper arms, and phone Marlin tomorrow.

Hi Paul,Welcome from a roadster man!! In case your not aware the Berlinetta script badge was from the old vauxhal opel cars and as Dane says keep your eyes open at the shows.

Hello Ben, I have ordered the Marlin badge from MSC, and just received a 'Berlinetta' badge from atlantis trading who are in Coalville, Leicestershire.
