Road springs

I have been looking around for standard Triumph Herald/Spitfire springs, and the best source I can find for "new springs" is Rimmer Bros they can supply standard Spitfire springs for £19.92 each inc VAT or uprated for £24.85 each inc VAT.

Spitfire MK1-3 springs are the lowest rating and work well(uncut) with a 6cyl in front. I dont think you will need uprated spings. Infact if you do have to shorten the springs that will increase the rating anyway.
Get a copy of Triumph world mag and the worlds your oyster on part suppliers.

On my hybrid with 4cyl Triumph engine, I use standard Spit/Herald springs with SPAX adjustable ridehight shocks. With these on the lowest setting, the ride height is about right without having to cut down the springs.
