For those who need to resize images to fit on the forum and are using windows XP, as I suspect most of us are, try using Microsofts image resizer from http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/OS-Enhancements/Microsoft-Image-Resizer.shtml
Once installed when you Rt. click on an image you'r given the option to resize.
I find the 'large' usually works and gives a decent size to view and save
