Exhaust Manifold - 1800B TC

Just wondered if anyone has any wisdom to pass on - I have a TC with a butchered SC exhaust manifold. Before I buy a new exhaust for it, is there a better way? Maybe an MGB manifold or one of those sexy tubular jobbies. But I do like my side exhaust. So open season then, tell me what you know (I saw the thread on bike exhaust cans - I am watching a 1400cc suzuki one on ebay).

Mine has a standard MGB exhaust manifold (actually very good) with a fabricated side exit pipe. You may have to get your mig welder out!
