Guys
With wife on tow, I bought the Hunter ex Uxbridge Kitcars today. A few odds & ends to sort out in good time, but first impressions were extremely good.
The one urgent thing to resolve is the lack of a spare-wheel. The solid cover on the boot-lid will only accommodate a space-saver wheel. The Uxbridge man had no idea, nor did Terry at the Marlin factory. She just couldn't remember what type of wheel they used to supply with this model of car. Perhaps I should contact her hubbie?
Had a look on eBay, and there were loads of space-savers, from Ford to Jaguar. What I need to know is the model of Ford (presumably) that will fit under the cover, as well as fitting beneath the cover. There is obviously the problem of off-set, and stud-fitting.
Can anyone help me to identify the wheel I/D? The car is an S-reg, short wheelbase - need any more info?
Cheers
Mike
