Has anyone chromed their Roadster windscreen, if so how did you go about it. Gerry

The windscreen surround in YKC Sierra Roadsters is removable so you can send it off during the build. Where it is an integral part of the chassis you are pretty much stuffed.

I have seen wrap over covers for the Cabrio so they may be available for earlier Roadsters. Hopefully someone can point you in the right direction.

If you look at Lees Marlin picture under the heading "Front bumpers" on the forum 14/10/09 it has a chrome/stainless screen frame surround.
He might advise you if still available.

This screen frame was a one off special think on 2 where made.Give me a call if you want any details

There was a roadster that had the screen frame plated before being built,Its out there somewhere.Obviously the chassis was fully stripped and polished before being part dipped to plate just the frame.
Have a look a the frost catalogue!!
