If you're really stuck, give Guy Croft a call. http://www.guy-croft.com/ Not cheap stuff though, as he really specialises in race-spec twincam applications.

Also try Firela Motors - they stock lots of old twin cam parts. They've even got a big tray full of cam shims right by the counter!
