    Voltage Stabiliser

    Can anyone help with wiring instructions please. I've bought a Smiths Negative earth voltage stabiliser to use with a Smiths sender and water temperature gauge. The markings on the back show "Top"- underneath to the left marked "I" - to the right marked "B".

    Most grateful for any help.

    The case is earth, -ve., B is to the battery + via a fuse, and I goes to the insts.

      I = instrument/gauge and B = battery/power

        Just to clarify, here is a pic of the back of my inst. panel with the voltage reg. in the top right.
        The white wires are the +ve. feed and the green wires the feeds to the insts.

          As shown in Hugh's picture its important that the unit is mounted with the top upper most and as level as possible as thas effects the operation.
