Whilst working on the Tech Tips update, I came across the following in Pitstop Feb/Mar 2001 as part of a YKC Press release
"Sidescreens are available for the Roadster, Romero and Jullietta. The Side Screens consist of a permanent quarter light and a GRP screen which plugs into the top of the door. There is a bulge just above the door to accommodate an elbow. Specially coated Lexan is used for the quarter light and the window in the GRP
screen. Our special price is £175 including vat per pair. Long wheelbase only."
I don't recall seing any of these, does anyone still use them/have any pictures I could see ?
This then reminded me of a 1275cc A srs Red Roadster for sale in Taunton area last year with a second set of doors which were full height (ie to top of windscreen)including (I guess fixed) perspex windows. Were these doors an official Marlin part ?
Lastly, I saw Lee was selling an SWB Roadster hardtop.....were any ever made for LWB ? ANy pictures ?
Sorry to be a pain, but I have years of you guys experience to catch up on !
