Chassis numbers

I have an unfinished (or rather unstarted) project of a roadster chassis which will appear in ebay shortly. The chassis number is 1604 - M which I assume means it's marina based which the front suspension and rear axle confirms. The other 3 roadsters I have (all marina) have 4 numbers starting with 2 but no letter suffix except for one which has what I thought were 5 numbers but the final number is 1 or perhaps l as it is a long wheelbase. My question is were there any 5 figure numbers or did the long wheelbase have l at the end?

I am interested in the chassis, but was wondering how easy it would be to get it through IVA test now?

Do you have any pics of the bodywork in addition to the chassis pics that are on ebay?
