    Re: Roadster

Simple answer. Marlin Roadsters are no longer being manufactured. Some Sierra models were made by YKC but they closed and design info bought by a company called Aquila but that never materialised as a Roadster manufacturer.
Most of this us detailed on this web site Home page.
There is a Marlin Berlinetta that was Cortina/Sierra based that looks similar to a Roadster.

Keep your eyes peeled on Ebay and the classifieds on this forum. One might turn up but they are rare.

Spare body panels are no longer made but occasionally panels appear from unbuilt kits and accident damaged cars. Any reasonable metalbasher should be able to reproduce the aluminium parts but the GRP panels are another story.

Some members on this forum carry a stock of parts.

Take a look at the thread "Unassembled Roadster" posted by PaterX (Uxbridge) and follow the link to ebay

        Re: Roadster

Is there are any unpainted grp panels still out there it would be possible to produce new moulds and panels. Could produce panels from old painted panels, just more more hassle.

I am a former Reliant SST owner, so used to messy GRP work!

        Thanks

          Re: Roadster

There is a SWB Roadster for sale in Co. Monaghan, Ireland. I went and had a look last week and it's not bad - 1.6 ford engine, marina suspension, is running and very useable.
          See online under 'donedeals.ie'
I bought a LWB 1.8 last week and am beginning to recover from the first drive.....
