Forum repeat issue

There seems to be a forum website issue again as the topics are getting repeated in different categories.
Will the new website stop this ?.

I can't guarantee this will stop on the new site as it's down to the individual to post in the correct category. Can you give me an example of where this has happened so I can maybe correct it?
