Thanks to all who have phoned and/or sent cheques - the Club has now made a block booking at the Stratford Manor on your behalf.
Additional bookings for late-comers may be possible but this close to the event are now subject to the normal availability of rooms at the hotel. Let me know soonest if you still wish to attend.
The hotel offers event B+B rates for Friday 11th and Sunday 13th of £37.50 per person per night sharing a double and £60 per night in a single. You will need to book these directly for yourself on 01789 731173 - mention that you have a room booked for Saturday by the Club. Note that these special event rates are NON-REFUNDABLE - if you need the flexibility to cancel without penalty the rates will be some £20 per person higher.
The hotel have now provided a number of vegetarian main course menu options, please ring or e-mail if you require further details.
