Hi Trevor,
Bought my Marlin a couple of months ago, BASKET CASE.
Took it for MOT ( 1st for nearly 10 years!) Failed on sticky brake. Wasn't running very well, put it down to 1st time on road for years! Took it back having replaced brake hose and it passed! Drove car home broke down 150 yards from home!!!!!!!!
Had used electronic ignition distributor , failed changed it and took it on a 500 mile tour around Borders and Dumfriesshire! Needed new alternator and had an oil leak. Not too bad and use it on daily basis.
Where are you in Ayr? Perhaps we can have a meeting of West Coast Marlins?
Look for the little yellow marlin around Ayr

Another Marlin in Ayr !!!! Haven't seen another one in ages. Surprised no-one has mentioned seeing you. There used to be three Marlins around here. I must look out the old photos.

Hi Trevor,
Usually parked out side my shop on Prestwick Road, next to Petrol station.I wish mine was as nice looking as yours!
Still winter project, strip down and repaint1
Although my wife says it is too small for her so maybe looking for a Berlinetta taht's a little tired and in need of help. The car not my wife!
Mind you she might not pass her MOT!

Saw the Marlin outside the shop on the way home, unfortunately I had to go to a funeral so couldn't stop.
