Well just doing it as an attachment reduced a 269kb pic to 97kb.
Why is this site so much more difficult to use than the old site??
All the other car sites I use you can just drag and drop a pic up to the max size , no problems!

See my post elsewhere on how to post pictures. If you are simply experimenting, use the Advanced option to create your email that allows you to preview your posts to see if they work rather than clutter the forum with experiments.
If you are unhappy with your results, delete the post for the same reason.
