      Assuming you have a Triumph Engine then I would go for overdrive every time over 5 speed. Clutchless 3rd to Overdrive 3rd (same as normal 4th)and back again is so useful in overtaking and general driving.

          Thanks for that, ill see if i can find one. It will probably be cheaper anyway.
