Hi All, since fitting the Zetec engine, with a cat, Millie’s exhaust note has been – well, dull. Does anybody have any recommendations as to where to get a straight through silencer? The flatter the better as the current oval 90x175 mm one hits the odd speed bump. The pipes are 48mm o/d.

Depends where you live. These people http://performance3000.com/ made my system up. I already had a back box that I wanted to use but they made the system up from manifold to back box, and charged me £300. For £450 they quoted making a twin pipe system with my choice of rear boxes.
