    Sidelights

Does anybody know who makes the sidelights with the chrome surround you see fitted to some Cabrios instead of the rubbolite rubber unit. The chrome version is not from rubbolite any ideas?

The picture shows the chrome light at the top and the rubber version at the bottom.

        Hi Stefan

Thanks for the input but I don't think the ones you mention are the correct unit, they are 75mm diameter and the correct one is 55mm.

In that case then I've no idea, but let me know when you find them

Where abouts did you get your rubber ones? They look much neater than the ones I have currently.

aha! try www.s-v-c.co.uk (specifically http://www.s-v-c.co.uk/SVCMORELIGHTS.HTM) as they look like they'll have what you're after.

This is probably to late to help you, but it may help someone The chrome surrounds are actually taken from round rear reflectors A little bit of fettling and they can be made to fit. They are available from Anthony Staffords, and many other traders.
