Door trim panels

I wish to remove the door trim panels for recovering,howeverafter removing the securing screws the window regulator appears to be attached to the panel.Any tips on how it all comes apart as i don't wish to bend /destroy the mechanism in my attempts.Manual system fitted not electric.

The mechanism is fastened to the inner panel, as idsthe door handle. If the door is still on the car if you stop the window dropping down, with sticky tape, you should be able to slide the rollers(that raise the window)out of the channel at the bottom edge of the glass. The door lock handle will require releasing from whatever linkage has been used. It is easier to do this all with the door on the car as otherwise you have to rest the door on it's painted side.
