IM not a twitter fan myself but my eldest is always on it - i think he would get more work done if he put his mobile phone down!!! However, its quite nice for members to get a quick snapshot of an event and we can do this on the website (we just happen to use twitter). Could be useful at the AGM say, announcing the winners as they happen, or at an event making sure everyone who isnt there knows what they are missing out on!
