Differential for Herald/Spitfire based Roadster

My diff went bang coming up out of Lynmouth, trail of oil and housing split at rear. I wonder if anyone has a good diff for sale? My present one is 411:1, with small flanges.

Hi David,

There is a chap nearby to me who has lots of diffs and Triumph parts, if all else fails give me a shout, I will se what I can do, trouble is we are far apart. You may find one much closer.

Fairly sure I have a 4.11:1 diff buried in my garage but no housing. I'm in Suffolk but if all else fails let me know and I'll dig it out.

Is that a triumph rear suspension or the later marina live axle.

If its a marina rear, then I have a 3.89:1 spare.

Many thanks for replies and offers. My car is all Triumph, I see there is a diff on Ebay at Launceston, so I will try for that one.
